Feast World Kitchen

A New Chef, A New Culture—Every Day

Our nonprofit restaurant is open to the public, and it’s a great place to try authentic international cuisine! But it’s more than a restaurant. We offer multiple holistic programs to empower Spokane's Immigrant and former Refugee communities to develop skills, grow connections, share culture, and build flourishing lives in the U.S.

Making Spokane a more hospitable and delicious place to live.

Here’s what’s cooking this week!

Chef Nory | Guatemala

Chef Nory was born in Guatemala and moved to the United States 18 years ago. She is a proud mother of three daughters who have grown up here in Spokane. Through Sabor Latino, Chef Nory shares the authentic flavors and traditions of Latin America with our community. Every dish is made with love, family recipes, and a passion for bringing people together through food. We’re excited to have her cook at Feast for the first time!

Thursday, June 18th

Chef Youssef | Syria

Did you know that Syria is one of the oldest continuously inhabited countries? This historic culture boasts incredibly flavorful Levantine cuisine, characterized by use of a wide range of herbs and spices, including blends like Za’atar. Often, if there are five shawarma stands in a neighborhood, customers will find the one whose spice blend is their favorite and become a regular lunch customer! Chef Youssef is excited to share Syrian flavors with Spokane, serving up Chicken Shawarma, Kebab Hindi, Harraq Osbao, Hummus, and more. Get ready for a culinary adventure!

Friday, June 19th

Feast will be closed on Friday, June 19th for the Juneteenth holiday.

Saturday, June 20th
